Feedback
Joyce,
I think it is a good idea to actually review what you have! Too often we jump to the new stuff when many haven’t mastered the old software. I don’t know you situation so I have a few questions. If you have revolving stations does that mean that everyone does all the stations? Would everyone need to do this? Also, is it feasible to set up a mentor program for all teachers? Ava
Follow up sessions is
Follow up sessions is included, and mentoring or stations would be by need or choice as we have teachers all over the board as to skill level.

Joyce,
I think this is a great way to introduce new staff to the school. It helps them to make connections and an idea of who will offer support throughout the year.

It looks like you have some great ideas and strategies here. I
like that you are having small group sessions. I think teachers
do much better (and most people) give small group sessions.
Especially when learning a new skill or concept, such as technology.
I'm
wondering what you used or will use for a needs assessment? Also,
would you consider any follow up sessions, or just the full day deal?
Nice start.
