This sounds like a very practical professional development plan.
I like the ideas of teaching how to integrate PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
into your curriculum. Will you be leading all these professional
development times yourself? Who else might you ask to support you
from your school and/or district? How frequently will you have
sessions?

Thank you. I will be leading these myself. I plan to meet with the teachers 2 times per week for work sessions and then I will be in the classroom while the teachers are teaching their unit to provide any additional support. Others from the district will include my counterpart from the middle school, the tech director and the principal as needed.
