Project Look Sharp

Published at Ithaca College, Project Look Sharp provides free teaching materials and lessons to help teachers prepare students for life in today's media saturated world. Project Look Sharp promotes the effective integration of media literacy and critical thinking into classroom curricula covering such topics as the middle east, media construction of war and the 2000 and 2004 presidential campaigns. The impact of how media interprets events and its impact on our beliefs are examined. This site includes lesson plans, videos, political cartoons and is a valuable resource in teaching what it means to be media literate in the 21st century.
