VTcite.org Improvements

Hello VTcite members.  We are anxious to get back to work with VTcite projects.  Of first priority ... we are redesigning the user interface to make VTcite more user friendly.  Therefore, there will be some changes to the navigation and design of VTcite.org during the first couple of weeks in September. Please don't be alarmed.  

In addition, we are aware of some issues with the address of VTcite and how this affects how the site is displayed. We are working on this issue and hope to have it resolved shortly.

As you notice changes, please give us feedback.  Use the Suggestion/Bug feature (previously called Case Tracker) to list comments or problems you discover.
