VTcite.org -- Domain Name Issues Finally Resolved

Thanks to the efforts of a number of people, we have finally resolved the domain name issues we have been having for VTcite.org. At last, the domain name is properly configured so that past problems with accessing the site have been addressed. In the past, we have recommended that users access the site through an alternate address. Now, however, everyone should change their bookmarks to http://vtcite.org to access the site.

Thanks to everyone for their patience as we have worked to figure out the problems with our domain name configuration.
