Side Bar Menus

After you have logged in to VTcite,  your account name and menu options are listed in the side bar located on the top right side of your screen.  For example:

The options displayed under your account name allow you to manage your account. With this menu, you can create groups, list the groups you belong to, change your account settings, or log out.

Log Out

Notice that the log out command is located in the side bar.  Please remember to log out, especially if you visit VTcite on a public computer.  If you don't explicitly log out, the next time you point your browser to VTcite, you will notice that you will still be logged in.  

Side Bar Menus

The side bar menus are also used to display menu options that are available to you when you are using different features in VTcite.  For example, when you first log in and are on the home page, the Right Side Bar includes a list of upcoming calendar events. For example:

The Left Side Bar provides options for searching and accessing VTcite resources.

To search for content found only in the Resources feature of VTcite, you may use the Search Resources box located in the left side bar of the screen.

Random resources are listed in the block below the Search Resources. The resources listed in the Random Resource section change as you navigate through VTcite.

You may also click on a word or phrase in the tag cloud to find resources contributed to VTcite after July 2009.
