General VTVLC Information and RFP

The State of Vermont Department of Education has funded the Distance Learning Initiative through Title IID / ARRA funding to create the Vermont Virtual Learning Cooperative (VTVLC). As a result, VTVLC is seeking proposals for five CTE regions (inclusive of high schools, technical centers, middle schools, and all primary schools therein) to pilot and participate in Phase One and Phase Two of this initiative as described herein. This project should be considered a long-term effort to establish a statewide model for disseminating K-12 distance learning /online programs and courses throughout Vermont.
